Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days after you receive the product.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Digital products or software once downloaded or accessed.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earbuds, razors) if the seal is broken.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support at info@puzzlewunder.de with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return (optional)
  • If the item is defective, attach a photo of the issue

Once we confirm your request, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are refunded, but return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will:
- Offer a free replacement OR
- Issue a full refund, including return shipping costs

5. Warranty & Consumer Rights

  • All products come with a 2-year warranty under EU law.
  • If a product becomes faulty within 6 months, we assume it was defective from the start and will offer a replacement or refund.
  • After 6 months, customers may need to provide proof that the issue existed when they received the product.
